Privacy Policy

Overview

WhenService is a car maintenance tracking app. Your privacy is simple: we don't collect your data.

Data Storage

All data you enter into WhenService (vehicles, service entries, reminders, photos) is stored locally on your device. If you have iCloud enabled, your data syncs to your personal iCloud account.

We do not have access to your data. It never leaves your device or your iCloud account.

Photos

If you attach photos to service entries, the app requests access to select photos from your library. Photos are stored with your entries on-device and in your iCloud (if enabled). We do not access or upload your photos to any external server.

Data We Collect

None. We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information to our servers. We do not have servers that receive your data.

Third-Party Services

iCloud

WhenService uses Apple's iCloud service for optional data synchronization across your devices. iCloud usage is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. You can disable iCloud sync in your device settings.

RevenueCat (Subscriptions)

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat may process purchase and device identifiers needed to validate subscriptions. We do not send your vehicle, service, or reminder data to RevenueCat. For more information, see RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.

We do not use any analytics, tracking, or advertising services.

Data Sharing

We do not share any data with third parties because we do not have access to your data.

Your Rights

Since all your data is stored on your device and your iCloud account, you have full control over it:

• Access: Open the app to see all your data.
• Export: Use the export feature to download your data.
• Delete: Delete the app to remove all local data, or delete entries within the app.

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect any information from children. The app does not collect information from anyone.

Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will post the new version here with an updated date.
